The product flow is ready; Core integration is not merged yet.

When the amber banner is visible, BAIR uses an in-browser fake implementation of the same typed Core API interface. It stores demo records locally, simulates deterministic persisted job states, and never claims a real barber received anything.

Live mode requires NEXT_PUBLIC_CORE_API_URL and uses the FastAPI `/v1` contract. The only browser request outside Core is an object-scoped S3 PUT URL issued by Core.
